Late Arrivals
Patients are responsible for the time they reserve for their appointments. If you are late for your appointment the treatment will still end at the designated time with no extra charges.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES
Here at La Maison Du Massage, we value the gift of time. So, if you must cancel your appointment for any reason, we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice. Failure to provide a 24 hour notice, a cancellation fee of half of the service booked will be charged. This fee cannot be billed to extended health plans.
Emergency Considerations
We treat emergencies on a case by case basis. So we kindly ask that you inform us on your emergency so we can tailor our response to your own unique situation.
How to Cancel/ Reschedule
All cancellations or rescheduling must be made by calling/ texting the clinic at 403-978-9058. Cancellations cannot be made via the online booking service.
No Shows
