Swedish/ Relaxation Massage

Swedish massage is a gentle form of massage that uses less tension and targets the superficial muscles and focuses on the parts of your body that tends to carry the most tension. This includes the shoulders, neck, and back.

Best for: Relaxation and minimizing muscle tension caused by daily activities such as sitting for too long.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is essentially used to treat chronic pain, muscle and sports related injuries. With deep tissue massage, massage therapists aim to stretch the fascia, which is the web of connective tissue that surrounds a muscle. The purpose of the intense procedure is to cause changes in movement and posture.

Best for: Does your back and body hurt? Do you have chronic pain and tightness? This treatment is for you!
